Doesn't have relay , controlled by (GEM) - electronic control module . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

Locked my keys in my 2013 ford focus se, but trunk is in fact open. Is there a way to get into my car through my trunk

There is really no easy way to get in through the trunk, you can take a wedge and put it in the top rear side of the door, push it in until you have just enough of a gap to get in a coat hanger and push the unlock button

Ford focus lock broken?

This sounds like a bad lock actuator, this is the part that locks the door with the power locks button or the remote. you will need to remove the rear door panel and dissconnect the actuator, this way you will be able to lock it with the key but the power lock will not work on the door,
