Cooling fan relay could be bad . cooling fan fuse - C/FAN 40 amp. under hood fuse box , as are C/FAN lo & C/FAN HI relay's . Video's on youtube on testing relay's an power an control circuit's at the relay base .socket etc... Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine size. Under system click on engine , then under subsystem click on cooling system . Click the search button then the blue link . Looking at the diagram i see the ECM controls the cooling fans relay's . You mite want to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop.

well, we have wired the cooling fan up direct before, bypassing the relay switches. maybe this will help on repair costs.

Radiator fan fuse is fuse # 5 (40 amp/Green) located behind the interior fuse access panel on the left side of the instrument panel next to the steering column. Also, in the underhood Power distribution center, next to the air cleaner filter are two black fan relays: high speed (F) at the far left, second row down and a low speed, 1st one to the right on the bottom row.

have you tried to hot wire them to see if they work? If they do it's probably the sendor unit on the engine or radiator not giving the signal
