Abs light flashes then goes off truck is skipping an runnh very bad

your truck has RABS "rear ABS only" your sensor is most likely out or on it's way out, it is located in the rear differential. that's your abs problem. Next which engine do you have and what is it doing how and when as it is running badly?

The ABS warning light stay's on all the time, only time it is off is when the vehicle is shut off. 2002 Chevy silverado 4x4

90% of the time its because of dirt/mud build up on the sensor if you need a quick fix just take this thing down to the local self wash and power was the inner wheel well behind the tire . do a little research on the location that way you'll know where they are before hand.
