Could be that, or, about fifteen other things...get a basic manual and a decent volt/ohmeter and do some testing.

Where is the fuse for the cruse control on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee

In the fuse box under the hood. If it's not working it's most likely a vacuum leak. The system works by a vacuum diaphragm that pulls on the throttle. Jeeps are notorious for vacuum leaks.

2000 grand cherokee V-8 stalls out

Start the engine cold and as it warms up, pull the vacuum hose off the EGR valve and see if it keeps running. If it does, replace the EGR valve. The reason the lights are all coming on and the gauges go to zero is because the engine dies and when it starts they return to normal. The EGR valve can stay stuck closed from carbon deposits which is fine for the warm up mode but it needs to open when the engine is warm or it will choke it out. This is not unusual and you will need to replace it. Look on the internet for your make and model an image of your EGR valve it will be easier than explaining it to you. They are in most cases on or connected to the intake manifold or intake plenum.*** Please rate me on this answer.***

On my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee the vacuum line coming off of the transfer case (quadra-trac) has come off the vacuum side (do know where it came off from) I looked around the intake, and under the air...

If it's attached to the diff housing and not to the box on the r/f axle (if you have one) it is a vent hose. Just secure it anywhere out of the way on the firewall. Don't pull it tight or when the axle moves it will fall off again!

My 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.0 liter 6 cly, will start up but not stay running, I've replaced the fuel filter and rotar, any suggestions?

at the front of your engine there's a fuel pressure regulator and it has a small vacuum hose connected to it. after you start it and it stops, pull off the vacuum hose and see if gas comes out of it? if so your fuel pressure regulator is bad! i changed mine and it was easy only needed a snap-ring pliers to take it out. new pressure regulator comes with a new snap-ring in the box! hope this helps!!
