SOURCE: 1997 Subaru legacy cooling fan

well if the fan is stiff to turn by hand I would replace the fan the motor seems like is seized up, just in case ceck the fuses and relays, check the motors voltage and test the circuts voltage, make sure the ect sensor is working fine to be on the safe side. the easy way to make sure a relay is working is trade it with another for the same fuse box. if your fan cuts on you know you have a bad relay.

Hi I have a Renault Master 2000 (year), 2.8 diesel and the speedo /gauges have stopped working, assume it's a connection? any common faults? Please advise. Thankyou

I know its an obvious question but have you checked the fuses? Always check the simple stuff first, It usually saves you money! The fuse box you need is behind a drop down trim panel, at knee height, below the steering wheel. Try this website.

I think it is Fuse 4 (15A).

Vehicle Speed Sensor

Cvt transmission is continuously variable transmission. VSS is vehicle speed sensor. A faulty sensor can make the transmission run erratic.

I need to change the odometer on my 97 Honda Odyssey

The only way to adjust the odometer is to bring it to a dealership and have them do it. For the cost and hastle over 20000 (4 oil changes), I would recommend leaving it alone.

Speedo not working corectly

This is an electronic speedo, could be several things but probably 1st and easiest thing to try is repalceing the vehicle speed sensor(vss). Also need to know if check engine light is on, and if any other electrical items are malfunctioning.

Speedodometer

The speedo is electronic, only 2 things will cause this, the vehicle speed sensor, the other is the speedo head itself, this assumes you have checked the fuses, the most likely problem is the speedo itself.
