That will mean trip B. if A inside of box that will be trip A. There is only trip A or Trip B. It will change status if you push the trip meter switch which is just below on the right of the cluster display. :)

You have 2 trip gauges/readout. "a" is the first. If you push in the trip resetter quickly it will switch to "b". Hope this helps.

Hi, are you referring to the CVT indicator in the picture below? It is supposed to indicate the direction the transmission is set in. There are several pages in the owner's manual on the CVT.
