I race 92 eagle talon n i use 3 rd gear wide open seems too be skipping an loseimg power an skipping on idle too

The idle speed motor is bad had this problem went to junk yark and got a different idle speed motor took it apart and used the parts in mine worked good.

No its not ur pcv or ur vacuum.

There is a little sensor on the bottom of your throttlebody called ISC

They almost always go bad in these cars.

You can find ones that are good used at mitsubishigraveyard.com

they also can explain to you how to test the ISC.
