Sounds like the multifunction switch. Try working the hazard switch up and down a few times to see if you get some lights to work. If so then replace the switch.

SOURCE: My hazard lights work but my blinkers dont in my

Hi there:
Turn signal lights and hazard lights it is the same flasher; the Flasher is located front seating area, driver side, behind dash, mounted on steering column. Do you have power on the white/red wire at the switch?

I would start with testing the multitunction switch that is more than likely faulty.

Turn on all the lights and check them. Check high and low beam also, along with turn signals. You'll find the bad light.

I have Ford Explorer model 1998 but its indicator lights are not working meanwhile the hazzard lights are working

Your turn signal flasher is separate from the hazard flasher. Replace the turn flasher.

Both the turn signal flasher and the hazard warning flasher are mounted on the fuse panel on the truck. To gain access to the fuse panel, remove the cover from the lower edge of the instrument panel below the steering column. First remove the two fasteners from the lower edge of the cover. Then pull the cover downward until the spring clips disengage from the instrument panel.
The turn signal flasher unit is mounted on the front of the fuse panel, and the hazard warning flasher is mounted on the rear of the fuse panel.
