the fuel filter is located in the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump module. it is a non-servicibale item

Could be a blown fuse. But if i were you i would call the dealer where I bought the car and complain about it because that should be under warranty for 5 years or 100.000 Miles. So let them worry about that . Good luck

P0700 DODGE - Transaxle Control System Malfunction
Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Driveability problems

Possible causes
- Shorted or open circuit within transmission control module (TCM)
- Failure of transaxle control module

P0700 DODGE Description
The transaxle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transaxle control. When the TCM detects a malfunction with the control, a signal is send to the Engine Control Module (ECM) to trigger the Engine Light or Service Engine Soon light. The ECM stores the P0700 code and it means the TCM detected a malfunction with the transaxle controls.
CLEAR THE CODES AND SEE IF IT RESETS. MOST LIKELY NOT A PROBLEM
