If the pump fuse was popped what popped it, replacing it would just yield another popped fuse, no you must find the case if that is the problem. the fuse will be in the underhood fuse and relay center, its exact location will be in the owners manual.
There should be a plastic key that came with the vehicle, that key can usually be found with the owners manuals, there is a pop off panel near the front of the sunroof on most models that can be taken off and that key used there to turn and lower or raise it, but its probably just a fuse and you should look in the owners manual for the location and proper fuse size for it
