You are welcome. Hundreds of questions here go unanswered for lack of information, perhaps because questioners are using cell phones and give incomplete questions, and you actually gave a very good and thorough description. Unfortunately, unpaid volunteers often give very short answers using cell phones, and don't always take time to consider their wording might offend. Good luck repairing your Scale.

Tilt lever on steering column is not staying in place, so the steering wheel slowly move up to block my view. I know its a simple fix, but I need some kind of direction on how to remove it probably

I don' t think so.
Not a simple fix.
The tilt lever is down underneath the horn button, which is part of the air bag system which is on top of the steering wheel, which is on top of the tilt lever.
All this is a big job to deal with.
If this were my car, I think I would figure out a way to lock that lever into the locked position.
That would likely take some creativity.
Do you know someone creative?
Fixing it will likely require removing the steering wheel.
God bless your efforts.

My Buick Rendezvous's battery keeps dying. Charged it, died again. The battery light keeps turning on then it dies. I don't know what to do, I really need this car. I dont know if its the alternator.

The Battery Light coming on usually indicates the charging system is not working. If you can limp it down to your local Auto Parts Store they will usually check your battery and charging system for free.
Yes a fuse can cause charging system to malfunction - also there will be a Major Fuse/Fusable Link. If you have your owners manual there will be a section showing fuse locations and description.
Let me know if and how this helps you
thanks

Scale has died but the battery meter shows full charge

I assume this is not a car or truck. But a bathroom type scale with electronic readouts. warranty? go that route. Usually, there is a 1yr warranty and store may exchange. Otherwise, I would guess from the description the "charger" to recharge the battery is bad or a very poor connection. You may be able to correct the connection by repeated plug in and out. Same with the battery connections.

Well you could chase it forever due to it blowing back when driving. I would take it to a car wash and wash if off real well underneath and drive it back home. It will show exactly where it's coming from.

2001 Bonneville, when you turn the key it makes a kind of screeching noise for a second or two...will eventually crank. Replaced the starter....don't know what to do next.

Have you cleaned the corrosion off the battery terminals and battery cable? Corrosion lowers the amount of amperage that can be pasted from the battery to the starter.
