Hello, I am trying to fix the central power supply jack on a 2007 Chevrolet Captiva. I suspect a blown fuse. I have found the fuse for the "cigar" jack but cant find a separate one listed anywhere that would cover the power supply that's on the console between driver and front passenger seat and the one for the cargo power supply in the back. Is it possible that its the one listed as E/JACK on the diagrams ?

That is the power distribution center, the fuse box is under the dash to the left of the steering column under a cover, they are marked, the plastic cover will have FUSES molded into it.

The last post by maddog1321 was exactly what I had with my right rear door. The electric locks would not lock and unlock, and you almost couldn't do it manually without my feeling I was about to break something. I took the door panel off, oiled everything and got no relief. Finally, I saw the above post and drilled out the aft-most pop-rivet. THE WINDOW WORKED PERFECTLY! I didn't drill out the forward (closest to the handle) pop-rivet because I wanted to do one at a time so the solenoid would not fall out of place. I then put a new pop-rivet in place of the one I drilled out. I then reinstalled everything and the locks work like new.

fuse 33 on the inside fuse box (there are two) should be the one you want.

please confirm the year and model.... also ... try and locate the relay for rear cargo door... it's likely failed. it would be either located in the fuse panel under the dash or the fuse panel in the engine compartment near the battery.
have u check the bulbs?.... i would try to see if they ok remove em an check for power going to those locations, activate ur switches an see if you get any power may just be burned bulbs..... if the fuses seem to be OK
