if there are no brake lites, including the 3rd. ck fuses first. if fuse is ok. maybe ck brake switch down at the pedal, bad connection or bad switch. if any of the lites work, maybe bulbs or sockets. not sure if it has a brake switch relay.

Fuel pump relay for V70 is behind the upper fuse box panel inside the engine compartment. Remove 4 Torx screws in fuse box housing, remove the panel, and voila, relays. Fuel pump relay is red and numbered 103

Yes that is correct. The only filter is inside the fuel tank, and as I recall its a non exchangeable filter. It just gets replaced with the fuel pump when it goes bad

Under the hood the fuse compartment has four screw holding it down. Undo the screws and pick the lid up. you will then see some relays located there. The fuel pump relay is the pinkish colored one
