The blower motor should be located under passenger side dash. The blower motor control module should be located close to blower motor.
I'd check voltage and ground at blower motor connector, hvac turned on. Purple wire is voltage. Black is ground. If good voltage and ground with no action from blower motor, suspect the blower motor.
I really thing you should go to www.reliable-store.com they have got books on every vehicle and also how to service/repair it, parts info, wiring diag, electrical diag, fuse diag, error codes, etc everything

It is a little difficult to find. The resistor module is on the right side below the dash next to the heater motor next to the fire wall you will have to remove a kick panel by the glove box

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY IMPALA. THIS SOUNDS CRAZY BUT JUST WHACK THE PLASTIC UNDER THE GLOVE BOX A GOOD ONE. I FOUND THAT SOLUTION ON THE INTERNET.
MY BLOWER QUIT WHEN MY WIFE WAS DRIVING THE CAR. SHE STOPPED, WHACKED THE PLASTIC UNDERNEATH THE GLOVE BOX, AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING EVER SINCE. SHE FIXED OUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I had to replace mine also. It's located under the glove compartment, passenger side. Pull off the chrome moulding around the glove box and undo the screws. This will allow you access to the blower motor cover. Be careful of the light inside the glove box. You have to ubdo it's screw and feed it through the back. Undo the cover to expose the blower motor. You can also replace the interior filter in the same area if you haven't done so yet. Two screws on a narrow cover.
Good luck.
