Step 1: find wiper relay it will be in a compartment that holds all the relays for the vehicle. Could be in the engine bay ?
Step 2 : get a 12 volt probe at an auto shop or online or a volt meter.
Step 3 At the relay there will be a coil that the wire has a voltage on from the wiper switch (turned on ) and supplies it to energise the coil . The other side of the coil should be earth / car body / negative .
Step4 if voltage is getting to the coil is the other relay pins getting voltage from the wiper fuse. This wire goes through a switch contact in the relay. Once the relay coil is energised the relay coil creates a magnetic field that pulls the contact together to switch a high current voltage from the fuse to the wiper motor.
Step 5 measure wiper motor plug to see if voltage is getting to the wiper motor .
Step 6 get make and model of car and internet search for thwe models wiper wiring diagram or wiper circuit .
I am not sure how the intermittant wiper works this may need to be investigated as a circuit or control box may be failing .
There can be a number of problems that can cause the wipers to not work and many can be electrical faults etc. But I might just have a solution that is remarkable and easy to apply , I am a motorcycle rider and we all know there is no wipers on any helmets, so how do we bypass this problem and maintain a high level of safety in the rain ? well there is a product called RainX and it is applied to the outside of the windshield and can last for 6 months or more ! the rain water will simply not act as a visual impairment and in the day or night RainX gives you very clear vision without the need for wipers if the vehicle is travelling around 50 kph or 30 mph the water gets removed from the wind speed and the fact that the RainX repels the water so it can not distort your vision ,in fact the wipers only give you a temporary glimpse each time they swipe across the screen , I have used RainX in thunder storms at night ,snow storms and on long country trips and I have never stopped using it on any vehicle I own , You need to clean the windshield to perfection before application as this will increase the time or period and cause it to last for months and months , so after the windshield has been cleaned and is dry you pour a little amount of RainX on a clean cloth and rub it in all over the windshield , wait for it to dry and buff it off like you would a wax only this is more of a alcohol based fluid and it will then repel rain and water like magic no wipers needed , 100ml can do your car for a few years even if you use it on all windows ( i use it on every window and mirrors and headlights etc) the cost here in Australia is about $7:00 for 100ml and I also know its a world wide sold product easy to find . You can also use a good car wax that can give you good results but this can make RainX difficult to apply in the future if need be . I hope this helps you out or at least can give you time to find the problem .
SOURCE: find the windsheild wiper fuse on a 96 grand caravan?
yes the fuse COULD be the problem , its worth a shot , you will find the front windshield wiper fuse under the hood next to battery in a covered box , take the top cover off and look for # 19 , its a 30 amp fuse , also , the inside of that cover may also identify which fuse is which . cheers'
SOURCE: how to change transmission fluid on a 91 Toyota 4
This is a really messy job, but here is what u must do, jack the truck off the ground and secure with safety stands, there is a sheet metal pan on the bottom of the transmission, remove it, fluid will go everywhere, do u have a large drain pan? measure the fluid drained out and put the same amount back in, the run the engine until the trans fluid is hot at least 180 deg Fahrenheit, recheck the trans fluid level and top off, donot overfill!! u can destroy the trans if u do.

SOURCE: where can I find sigrate lighter fuse to replace?
It probably just needs cleaning. The best way to tell is to check the outlet with a voltmeter to see if it has 12 volts on it. If you can't do this, I would suggest disconnecting the negative battery cable and thoroughly cleaning the contacts in the bottom of the outlet with wire brush, sandpaper, electrical contact cleaner spray...

I would check the fuel pump relay under the dash in the passenger side and check the efi relay first. After that i would follow the wires to the fuel pump and the engine harness for any shorts.
