Possible bad starter motor. Most parts stores can test it if you take it off.

SOURCE: Charge battery

Do you have a battery charger? If you do, connect the red(positive) clamp on the charger (+) to the Positive (+) battery post. Then connect the black(negative) clamp on the charger (--) to the (--)(negative) battery post. Make sure these are hooked up this way, if they aren't, you can damage the car's charging system (big bucks to fix). When you are sure the charger is connected to the battery properly, plug the charger in. It would be best to let it charge overnight. You must then find out why the battery went dead, otherwise, when you go out someplace and turn the car off, you may not be able to start it up again. If it's the original battery it's time to get a new one. You can drive to a major parts store, they will check the battery and car's charging system to see what's wrong for free.Good Luck countrycurt0

SOURCE: Ive got a 99 buick

Jump start it at the starter and see if it will turn over. If it turns over then check the fuesable link at the starter. If it does not turn over then your starter is probable not good.

SOURCE: 1995 buick lesabre custom. has a new fuel

even if you have preasure in the line that does not mean you have fuel going into the engine. you should check the injectors to see if they are spraying and if not you need to check the injector pulse to find out if the PCM is sending the signal to them to spray. to check injector pulse you will need a noide light to test the pulse it the light lights up you have pulse, but easy way to check is pull an injector and turn the engine over see if it sprays.

SOURCE: 2004 Buick Lesabre speedometer not working

Yes it's on the right side othe transmission just above the passenger side cv axle. You most likley need to send the cluster off and have it checked. Model Electronics in NY.

Have alternator checked car may be running on battery power only. Check alternator belts as well. At night, look at lit dashboard while car is in idle, if dashboard lights are pulsating a bit the alternator may need to be replaced.

1993 buick lesabre shut off while driving, battery was dead then bought a new battery drove well for 3 weeks then shut off while driving again had to jumpstart it.

Your alternator is bad. It's not recharging the battery as you are driving. The car is using battery voltage until it is all used up and then the engine dies. Replace the alternator and recharge the battery.

Lights dim and the speedometer varies going down the road. Also the cruise control and cooling fan quit working . Is this a problem with the wireing harness or a relay? Any help would be appreciated.This...

Have the alternator checked,it needs to be checked at the battery, with the lights on,and ac on high blower setting, the voltage reading should be 13.65 volts to 14.25 volts, any less,it needs a new alternator, have the battery checked and charged up on a slow charge, about 36 hours, this will give it a full deep charge,a fast charge does nothing,it only gives it a surface charge, and it does not stay.If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you,the electric system can not run all the features, and the ignition with the alternator not charging correctly.
