Intermittent wiper relay problem.

Thanks for asking me about your wiper problem. I've got to let you know up front that this could be a multi-step process (perform a test, the results determine the next step). I'll also be asking some questions to get a better grip on where the problem may be. I'll explain what I'm asking
so you can better help me help you. Just comment me back with your findings.
I know people have jobs and lives. I don't expect an immediate response so don't worry about it. It's important that you take your time, be safe.
If you have something you can use to test voltage (test light or volt meter), get it out. You will also need A length of wire, preferably with clips on the ends (just to keep your hands free) to supply voltage for some of the tests.
Be patient. You are my eyes and ears. From the way you described the problem, you won't have a any trouble, we're going to do great. Let's get started.

Unplug wire connector at wiper motor and test light with switch on, if power to plug most likely wiper motor shot, if no power to plug than its switch.

The multi- function switch (turn signal switch) Your wipers are control by this switch. This problem is very common on dodge and chrysler with this switch failing.
