Question about Ford Cars & Trucks
Would you like to try again. Didn't have fusion 2003 !
Ford Fusion first year
Introduced for model year 2006, the Fusion is manufactured at Ford's Hermosillo Stamping & Assembly plant along with its rebadged variant the Lincoln MKZ - and formerly with its now discontinued rebadged variant, the Mercury Milan, all sharing the CD3 platform. Production on the first Fusions began on August 1, 2005.

SOURCE: cigarette lighter fuse location
The cigarette fuse is located in the battery junction box under the hood, it is fuse # 10 and is a 20A fuse, open the hood and find the box it is on the passenger side towards the back of the compartment, it is 10th in line on the top row, also you can check these fuses without removing them through the clear plastic top so that should make things a little easier too, hope this helps

I had exactly same problem. I could not use my GPS or charge my cell phone.
In front of the driver sit, there are actually 2 fuse boxes. You probably found the first one. A second one is located above well hidden. Once you find it, you'll find the fuse you are looking for.
