You will need to rent a spring compressor or borrow one from advance auto parts. The access ports are usually in the back of the car, some have plastic caps over them usually about 6 inches square and some you have to take the inside trim panel off in the car to gain access. Do not attempt to take the struts out without a spring compressor or you will get hurt as the springs are under a lot of pressure so when un bolted without the proper tool they can come apart and you will for sure need a stich or two.

they're underneath the plastic deck cover in the back, where the speakers are. -just a few plastic fasteners and the wire connector for the rear light, and it'll pop right off. -just did it myself this weekend
