DTC Descriptors
This diagnostic procedure supports the following DTCs:
• DTC B3137 All Door Lock Circuit Low
• DTC B3138 All Door Lock Circuit High
What this is saying is the BCM saw a higher then normal voltage on that door lock circuit . Looking at diagnostic trouble shooting chart for that code should be done by a qualified service technician .
Circuit Description
The body control module (BCM) monitors and supplies an output voltage on the door lock control circuit. When the BCM receives a lock command from the remote control door lock receiver or an automatic door lock function has been activated, the BCM supplies voltage on the door lock control circuit to LOCK the doors.
Install a scan tool.
With a scan tool, command the door lock relay ON and OFF.
Does the door lock relay turn ON and OFF with each command?

Disconnect the door lock relay.
Probe the door lock control circuit at the door lock relay with a test lamp connected to a good ground.
With a scan tool, command the door lock relay ON and OFF.
Does the test lamp turn ON and OFF with each command?

One of the doors or the boot is not closed or the sensor is faulty on one of these. You can remove the sensor and disconnect the plug to disable the sensor until you get it fixed.

You probably won't get this over the internet, since that would be a code for every thief in the world to get into a Ford Freestar. You should check the paperwork that came with the vehicle for the code. It is different for each car. Also, there are usually two sets of keys - can you use the other set to unlock?
As a last resort, a local locksmith will be able to get the doors unlocked.
