Will open manually but not with button inside or remote
Open the door manually and look for the metal contact points / pads that are on the door and inside frame of the door jam. Take stainless steel or a wire brush and buff them out to get the grime off them and shine them up so they make good contact. If the slide motor is good, that should solve that issue.
Good luck

SOURCE: Sliding power doors will not open
Just had the same problem with my '05 van. I put the Master Switch in the off position. I pulled fuse #7 on the driver side sub panel, located just above the engine hood release. I then disconnected the neg. terminal on the battery. I manually opened the pass. side slider and closed it.
I reconnected the battery and replaced fuse #7. I put the master door switch in the on position. I activated the auto door switch, and it worked.
