According to a Gates website (they make timing belts) and another online list (googled: toyota interference engine list), all the engines in the 1991 Celica are free-running and should not suffer damage from a broken timing belt while driving. Cheers!

Unless your rocky was custom or rebuild, the four wheel drive on the 90-92 rocky is not auto engage. it is manual. you have to use the four wheel gear shifter located left of the main gear shifter.

You are probably better off taking it to an authorized dealer. This job require some specian tools and you would also have a warranty with the work.

That is an interference motor. Your valves are trashed. Your head may or may not still be good. Most likely replace pistons.

You trying to start the car only made things worse (no offence)
