SOURCE: how to replace a coolant level sensor, 2000 buick century
The coolant level sensor is located on the radiator. If you are looking at the engine from the front of the car it will be on the left side. There will some kind of clip holding it in the radiator. Removed the clip and pull the sensor out. You will lose coolant so try to swap it out quick or drain some of the coolant out. Once new sensor is installed, install clip to keep the sensor in place and reconnect the wires to the sensor. Crank the engine and make sure the coolant level is full. This should correct your problem.

If your car runs bad with an EGR code then I would suggest that the EGR valve be replaced. I would like to know what code was set on your computer. It would help greatly. When the EGR malfunctions, you will have rough idle and possible stalling. If you have a code indicating EGR it may also condem the cat converter. Please show any codes that are set. Thanks Moe

this is a common problem and the dash cluster must be removed and sent out for repair, cost is about $175 to replace the LED (Light emitting diode) display that has burned out, this is a faxtory defect as far as this expert is concerned, it is not a fuse problem.
