I would be looking for a rotor button in the distributor first as it is the easiest way to immobilise an engine replace all the fuses may fix the problem. Check for fuel in the tank as it may have been drained
Your a/c system is probably low on freon if the button will not go out of economy mode when pressed. I would have the a/c system serviced and inspected for leaks
