I have a 2002 Jeep Cherokee 2.5 CRD limited (SWB).The cambelt broke,but according to Jeep it does not damage the valves only the rockers,but not one rocker broke!.Is this possible?.Thanks Gerard

its on the fuel tree that goes to each cylinder.. it has a plastic screw on cover and under that is a shcrader valve similar to the valve in a tire stem..push in on this while the pump, is on.. wait for all the trapped air to come out..replace the cap and start the vehicle..

Remove the valve covers. Inspect each rocker arm for wear, cracks or other damage, check the rocker arm abd dykcrum for wear, replace with new ones, they can"t be adjusted.
