SOURCE: 20 amp ignition fuse keeps blowing
I'm curious, does this vehicle have an alarm/remote starter? If so I expect the installer didn't wire it correctly ... it was an all too frequent issue, with inexperienced installers we had .... I would first suspect any add-on device first (if any) ... In answer to your question ... I know it does have a relay (Starter solenoid is a relay and built onto the starter) As far as it being a relay or the IGN switch ... I'm skeptical.
SOURCE: cant find relay or fuse
this is common the fuse is located in the fuse box but the common problem with these is the blower resisitor, this is located next to the blower and is screwed into heater box, a quick test is to check for power and ground to blower first and check fuses located under the dash on the driverside. also check under the hood in the engine compartment for another fuse/relay box hope this helps.

REPLACE STARTER RELAY.YOU COULD ALSO HAVE BAD BATTERY GROUND CABLE.
SOURCE: Power windows
It could be a lost ground for the windows. Ground wire will start at the master switch and go back into the cabin. Likely ( or possibly), the ground is behind the left kick panel. When you find it check for continuity of the wire from the switch to the ground source. If it is open (no continuity), look for a broken wire in the door opening. If the ground is good, it may be a bad master switch.
