I bought Tracker used and I'm not sure it has all the fuses its suppose to have in fuse box. My tail lights are not working and bulbs are fine. Brake lights and turn signals work fine. Its just the taillights that are not working

Could you take out a bulb and with a testlight/probe check that you do in fact have power to that circuit .Also check that they are the correct bulb for that application I have seen people put indicator bulbs in where therse supposed to be a double filament bulb.Does the base of the bulbs lead contacts line up with the two steel terminals inside the plug?
SOURCE: blinkers
If you can turn the blinker on left or right and the light comes on but doesn't blink......Open the drivers door, there is a fuse box, On the side of the dash.. The relay willl be a small silver canister looking relay in with the fuses.. put your finger on it and turn the blinker on.. you should feel and hear a click...( With the key in the on position ).. That is what needed replaced if it doesn't keep clicking...Thats the turn signal relay... What makes it blink.......Hope this helps..
Please rate this solution if it helps... Thank You.....
SOURCE: No taillights, brake lights or turn signals
This is usually caused by a defective multifunction switch, see it quite allot, the clue is the 3rd brake light, it is on a separate fuse and does not run through the multifunction switch on the steering column.

After you have checked the fuseand the bulb connection, you may also want to check the brake switch located at top of the brake padel under the dashboard. Once you push the brake padel, the switch will trigger and the brake light will be on. Use simple 12 volt test pen or voltmeter to test the current supply. Enjoy it.
SOURCE: Where is the fuse for the tail lights.
the fuse is in the passengers under dash fuse box which is behind the kick pannel ..under the glove box on the door side and you should see a little access door to get at the fuse box...hope this helps
This is probably the cheapest way to find out:
