The alloy wheel has siezed on the hub spiggot use a lever or something on the suspension behind close to the inner wheel rim edge and bar around the rim bit at at a time and rotate the wheel has you do it it should come off you can use a bit of wd40 to help. when you get it off clean the wheel centre and the spiggot with abrasive paper or similar and apply copper grease when you refit it. common problem with alloy wheels on steel hubs
Yes, I have had this problem before also.
The answer is most likely....Corrosion.
Probably your brake drum is steel.
Probably your mag wheel is aluminum or magnesium or a combination of the two.
These then are "dis-similar:" metals, and when put together, they actually interact to make corrosion between the two.
To fix it, get some really good penetrating spray.
I use "P-B Blaster", I have found nothing better or faster.
Soak the studs holes in the wheel, and then spray the top of the wheel where it attaches to the rotor so it runs down by gravity to where the two metals are mating.
Now take a plastic or rubber hammer and slowly spin the wheel and hit the inside of the wheel as you spin the wheel. Eventually, the wheel should come off the rotor.
After the wheel is off, take some fine sandpaper and sand the area of the rotor where the wheel touches, and also the wheel where it touches.
Sand the hole in the wheel really good, because that is where it stuck.
After it goes on easily, then apply a thin coat of grease to this mating surface to prevent further problems.
God bless your efforts.
