The old mirror is blue, yellow, white, and blue/white. I could slice in the old connector but which wires to use? Any suggestions

For 95 power windows
Two motors, up/down then left/ right, depending on what your trying to do. Voltage and ground, the motors reverse, depending.
Hopefully, the wire diagram will show you which wire does what. So two wires for each motor, voltage and ground, then the wires switch, depending on which way, right/left, up/down. Any extra wires, just tape them to electrical harness to get them out of the way. Use electrical tape so they can't short to anything. Just make sure the mirrors work the way you want? Did you get the correct mirror?
Just my opinion.
Sounds like your replacing a heated mirror to a regular one. I think I would get another mirror.

If its a power mirror there is more thing you will have to remove to get to the wires but if not there is a screw on the corner piece on the inside of the door. just pull the screw out and the bolts (3) that hold the mirror on are behind it. If it power then you will have to remove the door panel to access the wiring to disconnect it
