Where are you checking for spark, at the plugs, ot the coil(s)? First make sure your coil is producing spark, if it is then it's most likely your spark plug wires that are the problem. If you've got no fire coming out of the coil then check to see if there is voltage going to the coil. If there is it's probably a bad coil, not that unusual on a 16 year old car. If there's no power to the car it gets more difficult. Crank position sensor, wiring harness, or the ECM could be the culprit. First check the connections to basically everything you can see under the hood that goes to the engine to make sure the connections are clean, dry, and tight. Look for loose grounds or broken/missing insulation. Since you mentioned no trouble codes I'm assuming there are none so the next most likely culprit is the crank position sensor. There is a way to test these that you can probably find on the web, but typically these parts are fairly inexpensive so most people just get one and install it. After that you need to be a pretty good tech to properly test to make sure the ECM is bad or you could try a local salvage yard and just try a different one. Just make sure you get one that matches the code numbers on the one in your car. It's usually a 7 or 8 digit number, zzz zzzz or zzzz zzzz. Typically you'll only find it on the same model year and only with the same engine. Hopefully you aren't the lucky owner of a California Only emissions vehicle. Some of those can be hard to find used parts for if you aren't in California. Good Luck.

Were is the fuel filter on a chyrsler concord e 2000

It is on your left side of the vehicle. Jack it up and look on the top, under the car. You should see the gas lines. Follow them toward the back tire and you will run into the fuel filter.

I have a 97 chyrsler conconcorde and i replaced the thermostat but is still over heating. The water doesnt seen to be circulating, any idea?

Did you run engine with rad cap off & heater (not defrost) on when you refilled the system, if not, do it & wait for your fan to come on 2 or 3 times before you top it up & put cap back on. While your running it with cap off, observe rad when engine reaches normal operating temperature, you should see increased flow in radiator, (when thermostat opens) ,then shortly after, the fan should come on. Not unusual for an airlock to cause it to overheat, so that's why I let them run through 2 or 3 cycles of rad fan coming on before putting cap back on. See if that helps.
