Hi mate if you have a 99 then it's the very last of the one's (Europe and other areas went 2 in 1998 either way for a 1 the procedure is


1. Press and Hold the Tripometer button.
2. Turn ignition to position 1
3. Information Screen flashes: "RESET : SIA MMMMM" ("M" equals miles)
4. Release and Press
5. Then Release and Press again

Hi welcome main problems are the abs valves causing the 3 dash lights (search 3 amigos online) a really badly sited compressor can cause air suspension models to fail giving the bags a slow leak the V8 is a solid engine but can have radiator expansion tank and cap failures

Check Engine and Service Engine lights both on
No fuses control those lights, and while I'd ignore the service engine, check engine suggests something is wrong and should not be ignored!
You could buy yourself a nanocom or similar and reset your service light and read the fault code to tell if the check engine is an intermittent error or something potentially more serious!
