SOURCE: where is the fuel filter located on a 2002 land

The fuel filter is located in the fuel pump. So you have to remove the fuel pump. The OEM Part # is WFL000010. Hope this helps.

Hello have you checked the earth for the light clusters.
Best way of checking is just to create a new earth. It sound like it is that.
If not then you have a problem in the fuse box
