When the RTD detects that a suspension related malfunction desist and the PCM has received a class 2 message to limit vehicle speed. The PCM sends a class 2 serial data message to the IPC requesting that this message is displayed.

it mean that one of the electronic load leveling sensor is not reading. that sensor tells the air pump to fill up that air shock or air bag. the sensors maybe reasonable price wise but if the sensor is reading that an air shock is not holding air pressure and an air shock is not cheap.

Both, actually. In the front, disks.
In the rear the main braking is a similar disk, and much smaller is a drum, essentially in the hub area of the disk rotor. In there are cute little drum breaks that are the emergency or parking brake. Do inspect and adjust them, while you are in there.
Familiarize the feel and effectiveness of the parking brake before you start...so you will know.
