2005 Dakota slow pickup at idle speed

Cold be a few things. First is to do a cylinder compression test. I f they are good, could just need a tune up. Could also be a transmission problem. Have the codes read. Slow pick up could be shift solenoid. Put the shifter in low gear. See what it does. Manually shift it.

Have a 2005 Dakota and the automatic transmission will not go into overdrive. Runs fine just a slight increase in RPM. Is it the Output Speed sensor or the SOLENOID/PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY

Bert, look in your manual for an over drive fuse/relay and check them as a first step, could be a faulty 3/4 solenoid. Take it into a good shop and have scanned, diagnosed and estimate for repair. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Why don't I have blinkers, horn, and wipers on 2005 dodge dakota quad ?

don't forget the massive issue dodge has with mid and high end equiped dakota durango and ram all you listed that is malfunctioning are in some way controlled by ctm or body controller, also on early models they had to reroute a wiring harness because it was being chaft by the pedals.

2005 Dodge dakota transmission fluid light, wont go over 40

Yeah, generic "circuit malfunction" codes, it's a bad solenoid or two or valve body, either of which can be fixed by a HONEST transmission guy with high end diagnostic gear CHEAPER than a new tranny. OR...you can check solenoids yourself as you replace tranny fluid/filter, new fluid and filter did it for me once

2005 Dodge Dakota engine wont turn over

Assuming that your battery is not dead, and that you have checked the battery connections, the most likely problem is a bad starter solenoid and will need a new starter.
