99% of all vehicles use the same reservoir for both front and rear washers. If you're not getting fluid to your rear nozzles then the hose that connects it to the reservoir is disconnected or leaking.

SOURCE: 2005 Dodge Magnum w/out hemi stalling

I have a 2005 Magnum and was also having this problem. Stalled out a few times and continued to idle rough and feel like it was going to die when I would slow down. At times it would feel like I would get a hesitation and then a surge. Engine light would go on for a day or so, then go out for a few days. First time I took it in, the dealership told me that it was a broken seal (I don't know where), but they replaced it and it continued to happen. The second time I took it to a mom & pop shop, and they told me that it was the oxygen sensor/altimeter, replaced it (only a $35 part), and I haven't had a problem since. That was 6 months ago. Hope this helps...

SOURCE: 1999 Jeep Cherokee rear window washer

There are two separate washer pumps underneith the washer res. behind the front driver quarter panel. The exact pumps are hard to find. I have the same prob with my 99, but both are out. I had a 98 that the front worked but not rear. I had to get a "universal" washer pump. I'm still trying to find a factory replacement for this one before I do that. No luck so far.

The days of cutting wires and sparking a couple together ended 20 years ago with the advent of Car Alarms and Immobilizers. You need an alarm installer or an auto-electrician.

When its blinking fast look at both front and rear to verify which bulb isnt flashing. If the right works OK, then the flasher is OK. The flasher is INSIDE the front control module/integrated power module. If you cant find the problem, you may need a dealer to check it.

My rear windows on my 2005 dodge magnum work sometimes i checked the fuse couldnt find one what could be the problem

Sometimes the problem is "Use it or Lose it." Because the rear windows are not used very often (especially if you have no children or other rear seat passengers) the window motor and/or switches develop a patina and do not make good electrical contact.
Try this: With the key switch in the ON or ACC position to energize the window, activate the switch and hold it while firmly slamming the door. The purpose here is to create a vibration while the electricity is flowing. Be sure and try both switches to eliminate all possibilities. This trick works quite often.
If you are successful, remember to cycle the windows every time you have the opportunity to keep them working. Remember: "Use it or Lose it."
