It is very hard to see, its back and underneath the altenator, use a flashlight to find it buried under wires and tubes.

SOURCE: Hello accent 2004 with anti theft system battery flat anti theft

Have you verified this system is running the battery down? The system you describe is called the Remote Keyless Entry System (Electronic Time/Alarm & Control System - ETACS Module). It cannot be 'disconnected' without disabling other systems (intermittent wipers, Chime bell, Door Warning, Dimming Off Room Lamp, Seat Belt indicator, remote power door lock/unlock system, etc.)

SOURCE: lowbeams headlamp won,t work on 2005 buick

Start simple. Investigate your fuses, since it is unlikely, but not unheard of, for both low beams to fail simultaneously.

Do you know where your fuses are?

2011 Buick lacrosse radio and temp controls locked

This often happens when the vehicle looses power. It is part of the anti theft system. There should be a code in the owners manual to unlock it when it prompts for the code. If there is not one in the manual or you don't have the manual, you will need to visit a dealer to get an override code. They should be able to give you a code for it in the future.

Turning off the anti-theft system on my 2008 Buick Lacrosse with no key remote. I do have a door key. We had to change the coils & spark plugs and now can not start it bc of the anti-theft system

2008 uses GM Passlock III. There is no turning off or bypass. Somewhere there is/was a transponder key or transponder rigged. If you don't have the key, you will need to haul vehicle to a Buick dealer or hire a bonded locksmith with the necessary equipment.

If you have a functional transponder then there is a learn procedure. http://my.cardone.com/techdocs/pt%2077-0011.pdf
