check for fuel pump relay circuit itself or it might be connected to another wire..

Please be advised the fuel pump only is powered while the engine is being cranked or has started. Are you still sure the pump has no power? The relay and fuel pump cutoff crash switch or under the hood near the battery in a black box.

That relay powers several other things including the pump.
I think the ignition and injectors are on that circuit too.
I would recommend you get a shop manual with the wiring diagrams and check the other components. A Haynes book may not be detailed enough.

If fuel pump relay is bad yes it will still get spark.
Sonds like you do have a fuel pump, or fuel pump relay problem, most likely the pump.

auto zone has alldata they own the company.if you can find someone who knows how to use it.they will print you one for free.

Replace the fuel pump and sender assy

My 93 dakota had some corroded wires for the fuel pump. Broke in half under the cab. Follow the wires from the fuel pump in to the plastic wire wrap. lightly tug on the wires and see if any are loose. That's what fixed mine. Good luck!
