Do you mean its hard to turn when cornering? If so take a look at your power steering oil, it probably needs toping up. Although there are a number of other things it may be, but that is the first thing I would look at
repair free ?' dont think so -these are electric motors fitted to the steering coloumn all electronic controlled and if some little uneducated grease monkey from a certain quick fit firm has played with it adjusting tracking on only arm and not keeping it central then this will cause BIG problems .
If your power steering is stiff try this
turn your ignition on and off 3 times as this is an issue with citroens and this usually cures the problem
also check the power steering fluid.

power steering going hard if I drive at slow speeds for a long time . with that I mean I have a driving school and we do drive less than 10 km/h and revircing in the yard as we do learn people how to do parkings and then the steering do go hard to turn but once we do higher speeds on the roads it get back to normal it is a citroen c3 2004 1.6 16v sx can this be because of the eco mode as it does have a electric power steering
