Randall, remove all screw,clips,fasteners securing bumper and then any wiring harness plugs etc. attached to bumper. This is some times a 2 person job, to prevent damage to the bumper, especially when installing. A V-pry tool may be required to remove plastic fasteners easily. hi, this is a very common problem its down to them using the wrong kind of paint on the plastic door handles if they say their going to replace them for you then they should do this for free, if how ever their not going to replace them for you then it would be a case of taking the door handles off then sanding them down and spray them with primer and then spray them the same color as your car.
This is very common problem and a common mistake by hyundai they should have got the right the first time instead of sending out cars that they know are going to have problems.

The control panels are often held in place by either spring tensioners or some built into the plastic frame of the panel and can be pried up and out.
They pretty much depend on gravity to keep it in place.
Once free of the panel, turning it may allow it to be passed through the hole in which it normally resides.
I would try first to pry with an old credit or bank card before resorting to metal tools.
yes remove the panel, unhook the linkage one for the lock and one for the latch remove linkage from the handle not the latch, then remove blots holding handle then remove handle from outside the door, you will have to swap the lock to the new handle and then install new handle.
Look under the round part of the handle,see if there is a small allen screw there,if it is unscrew it until the handle comes off.if not send a new message
remove door panel which is attached by screws,peel away plastic liner and look inside door at back of door handle..using needle nose pliers pop off the small steel rods that are for inside door mechanism,then remove the one bolt that attaches the handle to the inside of door and from outside of door remove handle.Replace in reverse order!
simple solution. take the panel off of your door, and look for the rod that connects directly to your outside door handle. 9 times out of 10, it came loose because it didn't get inserted properly into the cheap plastic hole which keeps the rod connected to the door handle.
