of all the under dash blend door motor locations & part numbers

Then buy them on Amazon cheaper

The one your referring to is called cabin vent

replace motor or switch on door

Error Code 24 - AC/Heater Air Temperature Control Blend Door failure
If it comes up 24 or 25 it is the blend door actuaton, or the shaft on the door is stuck (rust). Basically, there's a small geared electic motor that controls the blend door position of the hot/cold blend of air; keep in mind that this device is called an actuator and it breaks.

yes it does inline with the heater hoses has a vacumn style pull off

blend door not in correct position check vacuum motor and doors

on climate control press off and heat button and let go quickly. Then press automatic. The display will start rotating eventually displaying a code 025,125 , 024 etc. Then press defrost to stop. You may hear blend door operating atb that time. It worked for my climate control.

your blend door motor has gone bad under the dash . the blend door motor controls the blend door in the heater box to allow hot or cold air to flow or a mixture of both to reach desired tempreture. this is a hard job cause the dash must be moved back to get to motor.

u need a new blend door motor. this is a job 4 the machanic cause the whole dash must be pulled back

In order for the blend door actuator to be replaced, the dash must be removed from the vehicle.

The heater and a/c blend door actuator motor is located behind the center of the dash just below the windshield. The steering column must be detached and lowered and the dash must be removed to access the blend door motor.
