The rain last winter caused damage to the house and Progessive insurance won't cover any of it.

Havasu. As you know we had a lot of rain during the winter. In my guest bedroom closet we had a leak in the roof. It caused dryway damage and mold in the walls and carpet. My insurance company Progressive refused to cover anything. The resons were there investagtor is not allowed to remove roof tiles so they assumed debrey caused a rain backup. In addition since the damage occured over several monthes nothing inside was covered. Is there anyting you can do to help a couple on old retired people. Thamk you. Most insurance companies do not cover mold.
I'm sorry this happened to you. I will pray for you and for someone to help you fix your roof.

When it comes to your home, you must expect the best but prepare for the worst. Your roof is your home's first line of defense against storms and other severe weather, so it's vital that you know how to protect it. Otherwise, the storm will wreak havoc inside your home, and no one wants that. Make any necessary repairs beforehand using EPDM Liquid Rubber to prevent roof damage.

RAN OVER SOMETHING IN NISSAN ALTIMA, IMMEDIATLEY WE KNEW IT MESSED UP THE RADIATOR, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT? OVERHEATED OBVIOUSLY, MAKING NOISE, THEN JUST STOPPED WORKING

Insurance SHOULD cover this. Have a shop check it out for damage. Insurance may pay for towing also. There could be damage to the Air Conditioning components and fans as well as other damage.

Sounds like water is leaking in the electrial componets inside the dash panel from the windshield. You should ask the Shop that did the work for thier insurance company infomation and file a claim. The corrosion caused by the water WILL cause further problems in the future. I would have the vehicle looked at by a GM dealer to make sure it's repaired right.
If the Shop won't give you the insurance infomation, contact you State's comsurmer advocate.

Most of the time it's a windshield leak as the roof sould'nt have any holes in it except where the windshield is connected to the car body. Most do it yourselfers aren't experienced enough to remove and reinstall windshields so is best to call around to see who in your area does windshield work and if your in the USA and have Comperhensive insureance the company can remove and install the windsheild and charge your insurance for the work.
