Faby 2 slush machine spiral blades won't turn

IT was making a clicking noise when I removed the back the motor was very loose and fell out why has this happened how do I secure it back in place to make it work

Whenever the negative battery cable is disconnected the following components will require resetting. The Idle Air Volume Learning, Steering Angle Sensor Neutral Position, Sunroof Memory Reset/Initialization, Automatic Drive Positioner System, Audio presets and Navigation. Use the CONSULT-III diagnostic tool, or equivalent to perform the required resets. As necessary, refer to Battery Reconnect/Relearn Procedures.
he automatic back door system, if equipped, must be initialized anytime the battery has been disconnected. Close the back door. Open the back door with the automatic open feature. Do not stop the process until the back door opens completely.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (wait 30min)
  2. Disconnect the positive battery cable.
  3. Set the front wheels in the straight-ahead position.
  4. Remove the air bag module.

  1. Remove the steering wheel.
  2. Remove the column cover upper and lower.
  3. Disconnect wiper and washer switch connector. Then while pressing tabs, pull wiper and washer switch away from spiral cable to remove.
Disconnect lighting and turn signal switch connector. Then while pressing tabs, pull lighting and turn signal switch toward driver door to remove.
  1. Remove the screws. Then while pressing the tab, pull the spiral cable away from steering column assembly. CAUTION Do not disassemble spiral cable. Do not apply lubricant to the spiral cable.
  2. Disconnect the spiral cable connectors.
With the steering linkage disconnected, the spiral cable may snap by turning the steering wheel beyond the limited number of turns. The spiral cable can be turned counterclockwise about 2.5 turns from the neutral position.

I have a 94 geo prizm and its making a clicking noise. started out slow and has gotten worse. When you press or release the clutch during shifting.

i anwered every geo post back to here, and i stop. at jan 1

your issues is a hands no deal, no net bunny can diagnose noise.
if you google finding car noises, you can read for a week.
vast numbers of tests, and inspections, etc.
noise is the most hard of all.
now a bad clutch
if you depress the clutch, just to take out the slack. running
and it makes noise this is the end of life sound for
your throw out bearing, or there is junk (road kill) in the linkage
undercar, all mech know what do, first look then fell the throwout.
ive even removed the linkage, and flexed the bell arm and can
fell the bearing beating my hand harshly, this is the acid test.

Car won't start makes clicking noise when you turn key

The click noise is the sound of the starter SOLENOID clicking but not contacting to supply voltage to the starter motor.
Now a multimeter test will confirm if the solenoid is contacting and if so then the starter motor is faulty.
It can be due failure of the BRUSH in the motor or the commutator. If so remove the motor and confirm.
Also if the starter pinion is struck the solenoid will click and the motor may not turn.

How do i change the part that makes the wipers move and its not the motor

Please mention if this is the wiper motor assembly where the motor works with a spiral gear on a cam to produce drive wherein a reciprocating movement is delivered. This is transferred to the linkages which makes it move about 90 degrees.
Now you need to check which section is faulty and needs a change,. you need to remove motor to start checking, move the linkages with the wiper blades off the glass and manually you can see the movement.

My wiper won't move. i can hear the motor but its not working. i was told to take case off and tighten the nut, but i don't see it?? 99 E320

If you are hearing the noise of motor but there is no action please check the following.

1. look at the stub of the wiper blade nurlings to see if they are moving. If so there is poor contact or grip on the wiper blade arm mounting as this can be tightened.
2. But if you do not see any such reciprocating motion of the spindle then it is possible that the SPIRAL wheel within the wiper motor is damaged as the wiper motor is not meshing to crank the wheel to move the arms.
You will need to open this assembly to confirm, change the wheel is available or try to get one from a scrap yard.

There's a knocking noise coming from my dashboard on the passenger side of my car a have a 05 cavalier and it kinda sounds like it has to do with the AC or heater any know how to fix this problem?

It is probably the blower motor itself, does it change sounds or quit when operating the fan? possible debris is in fan cage, fan has a bad bearing, or a blade balancer slip on weight fell off. remove and inspect, possibly plug fan in when removed and check for operation,while fan is removed check housing compartment for debris or foreign material laying in the bottom, check fan blade for signs of rubbing contacts or broken fins

Replace the blower motor

Couple of possibilities asn.
The blower motor may be worn out or something has jammed up the fan blade.
If it hasn't blown the fuse already it may have damaged the blower resistor.
The resistor depends on the airflow from the blower to keep it cool.
Pull the blower motor out, check the shaft and fan blade for looseness and debris. If there is debris in there make sure you get it all out from up inside the housing too.
The blower is fairly accessible and inexpensive on this model of car.
Under the right side of the dash there is a hush panel to remove. you will see the motor housing pointing down. Undo the connector to the motor, 3 or 4 screws retain the motor to the case. Lower it down.
Reverse to reinstall.

The windsield wipers went out it makes a noise but

It sounds like the wiper linkage has come loose. Need to remove cowling just below windshield to inspect.

Drivers door panel removal

The book says 1. remove power accesory switch panel by using suitable flat blade tool at front. 2. Disconnet electrical connections.
3. pry door handle plug by using small flat bladed tool
4.remove door trim handle mounting screws
5. remove door trim panel from retainers.Start at rear bottom corner and pry outward.
6. remove door panel.
KD does make a tool that will properly pry the door panel away from reainers. KD 3705 You might get by with a screwdriver.
One other thing you may need to have the window down to get the panel to come off. You will have to lift up on it once it is loose from the fastners.
