I have a 2004 murano. Plugged in a lighted air freshener/usb charger. Light flashed brightly and all 3 outlets in the car stopped working changed the fuse even though it looked fine still no power???

When the cooling system was refilled was air vacuumed from the system before refilling?All air MUST be removed before filling with coolant.Most shops will use an "air lift" system to refill cooling systems,as the factory does,did yours?
Check engine light could be you left something unhooked also. The code will tell you what component.. Or you may of cycled the key with something unplugged before the job was done..
Check your coolant levels 1st, on both cars. If you've already changed out the T-stats, then you need to move on to the temp sensors, might be bad, but if your check engine light is on, pull the codes and see where that points you.
