word turns over , means zero in the real world.
the starter spins, (turns) the crank shaft turns (if lucky spins) and the engine starts and runs and stays running. a serial process that./

( means weak and when weak engine power will be WEAK) the error means really SUPER WEAK or dead even.. or starter + battery weak causes fails error.

not told if starter motor (cranking) is dead, weak slow or you cranked the dead engines battery flat
tow the car to a real shop.
they will charge the battery first and load test it
then crank the engine. and see if it starts.
OK what to do now. besides tow to shop
check call fuses.
charge the battery 100% and keep it charged or you will not make progress fast. OR NEVER.
