The best way to diagnose this problem is to have the climate control computer scanned for codes and then you will have a beter idea of which component is failing. You can pull codes riht from the climate control head unit but you would need to purchase a factory manual to explain how to do this and what the codes mean.

Do you have dual zone climate controls? check your manual to see this may be the problem

Your Climate control unit may have to be reset. The reset works as follows: With the key in the ignition and in posistion 2 push both the defrost button and the recirc button (at the same time) for five seconds or untill the led lights in those buttons begin to flash. Wait for 30 seconds or untill the led's stop flashing. Switch off the ignition. Check the evaporator temp sensor and pressure sensor for correct functionality.

DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FOR 10 MINUTES OR SO, THIS WILL ERASE THE CODES, BE ADVISED IF THE PROBLEM THAT SET THE CODES IS UN-REPAIRED WILL BE SET AGAIN.
