There is no volume for the radio, Onstar and phone do not work in car? Radio panel lights up-Display showed that Onstar called but no sound.

Hello Lillian,

This sounds like a software issue. If the vehicle build list included the Blue Tooth option these systems are quite complex so you may not be able to sort it out by looking over the guides.

I have included a link to the owners manual for the 2011 Impala if your original one is not available.

If the fault is software related and you purchased new from a dealer your best option is to request an estimate for repair.

Last but not least....and this does not always work...a system reset could be attempted by disconnecting the battery (-) for a short period (10 Minutes)and then re connecting it.

A previous post also referred to the amplifier as the culprit.

My clock on my 2008 impala doesn't stay on display the radio station does, how do I get the time to display all time?

I've looked through the manual and don't think you can have it to stay on the clock. If you want to have a look you can download it here. https://www.chevrolet.com/content/dam/Chevrolet/northamerica/usa/nscwebsite/en/Home/Ownership/Manuals_and_Videos/02_pdf/2009_chevrolet_impala_owners.pdf

2001 Impala TPMS reset, radio and headlight options DONT WORK

CHEVY IMPALA &

On a Chevy Impala or Monte Carlo with indirect TPMS, a totally different reset procedure is required. You can use the light switch or radio to reset the system. With the light switch procedure, turn the ignition on (engine off), the turn the light switch from OFF to parking lamps three times within five seconds. With the radio technique, turn the ignition on (engine off). With the radio off, hold the DISP button until “SETTINGS” is displayed. Use the SEEK button to scroll down the menu until you see “TIRE MON.” Press the PREV or NEXT buttons until “RESET” is displayed. Then press the DISP button again. You should hear a chime and see “DONE” to indicate the TPMS system has been successfully reset. Unloking radio for impala 2000

I switched my stock radio out of my 2001 Chevy Impala because it was defective and replaced it with a used radio I got from the junkyard. I called Chevy to see if I could get the code to unlock it and they told me I had to go to a Chevy dealership which I did. Cost $40.

2003 chevy impala low air pressure message light stays on how do i re program it?

If by low air air pressure, you mean the tire pressure sensor, here is the way to reset.
To reset (calibrate) the system: The tire pressure
monitor system can be reset two ways. With the ignition position at ON, pull the interior lamps control to the ON and OFF settings three times. It can also be reset through the radio using the
following steps:
1. Turn the ignition to ACC or ON and turn the radio off.
2. Press and hold the TUNE DlSP button on the radio for at least five seconds until SETTINGS is displayed.
3. Press the SEEK SCAN up or down arrow to scroll through the main menu.
4. Scroll until TIRE MON appears on the display.
5. Press the 1 PREV or 2 NEXT button to enter the submenu. RESET will be displayed.
6. Press the TUNE DlSP button to reset. A chime will be heard to verify the new setting and DONE will be displayed for one second.
7. Once the monitor has been reset, scroll until EXIT appears on the display.
8. Press the TUNE DlSP button to exit programming. A chime will be heard to verify exit.

The system completes the calibration process during
driving. The system normally takes 15 to 20 minutes of driving
in each of three speed ranges to "learn" tire pressures. The speed ranges are 15 to 40 mph (25 to 65 km/h), 40 to 65 mph (65 to 105 km/h) and above 65 mph (105 km/h). When learning is complete, the system will alert you after two to eight minutes if a tire is 12 psi (83 kPa) different from the other three tires. Detection thresholds may be higher and detection times may
be longer on rough roads, curves and at high speeds. The system is not capable of detection at speeds greater than 70 mph (110 km/h).

Almost all of the message center items are accessed through the menu on the radio. You should be able to find what you need be getting in the menu and looking around. Hope this is what you were looking for?
