This could be the reuslt of a faulty expansion valve .This valve is where high pressure liquid is converted to a low pressure gas inside the evaporator housing. It has a nitrogen charged "power head" that controls the amount of refrigerant through this valve which could be the reason you have un-stable suction pressures.Important to draw a good vacuum on the system after replacement and install the correct amount of refrigerant.

I have a Toyota 1995 Camry that is blowing AC incorrectly, I believe is my vent but I'm not to sure, i do feel the cold air on my leg part , but not on my face. Any idea?

This is a system which is driven by an amplifier and servomotors which open and close flaps depending on your settings. I think the air outlet servomotor may have failed . See here p58

2004 camry ac light blinking and throws hot air. Suggestions?

My 2003 Toyota Camry AC often starts blowing hot air and the AC light starts blinking. I don't know why the following process works, but it does. Using the temp selector (left) reduce the temperature all the way down to Max Cold and then push the Auto button. It will start blowing out very cold air. After a little while push the temp selector to the desired temperature.

Air flow weak when set to heat

check for dirty cab air inlet or "HVAC" filter, or heater core is plugged from debris and air is being restricted and wont blow through. it works like a radiator, air ducts can also be getting stuck.
