Does the 2004 buick century have adjustable foot pedals?

No. 2001 to 2003 are interchangeable. I am currently looking to replace mine on a 2002 and have consistently been told those years are the same. These babys are pricey, perhaps you can trade your 2004 for one that will work.

Replace the socket of the bulb. It's shorted out.

If you follow your intake tube to the side of the motor... the right side that is there will be a little plate with 2 cables going into the top and pull it downward. This is your throttle pulley and that opens the throttle plate on the inside in the intake tube.
