ok theres no bleeding coolant but bleeding the brake lines and replace coolant to full mark and run car so the thermostat gets hot and opens and then will need to add more water or coolant

Your thermostat may have an o-ring in place of a gasket.

You need to replace the VSS or vehicle speed sensor. Located on LH, lefthand rear of transmission.

check the master cylinder and the ABS system

It's not easy to get at. There is a gasket in there. I've done a few of these. It's called an oil filter adapter gasket.

it should be under the dash on the driver side near the top close to the door.

the head light switch on the t bird is good for melting they get a bad conection you should check the wires on it if there melted the dealer has a pig tail to replace it replace the switch to

listen buddy i had the same exact problem. I have a 93 thunderbird as well. what it is is your starter. it is located underneath yourengine kind of right beside the right tire well. its an easy fix and its not to expensive.
