have you checked the belt is ok and correctly tensionered? or the pas fluid level is ok? then the pas pump may be faulty/siezing more likelely i think its the belt or tension if its got auto tensioner check that perhaps the intenal spring has not broken
I think there is a circuit breaker That is overloaded or faulty fit a amp meter in series , switch every thing on and note the reading. The circuit breaker needs to have a 10% higher rate than the reading you have just taken .
